Cllr Elaine Stainton has been a District Councillor for over 25 years for Felpham West ward, and has lived in the area all her life. Elaine is passionate about retaining our areas of special character, parks and greenspaces.

Elaine is committed to working closely with Felpham residents and she hopes to work with other main parties and officers within Arun District Council on all aspects.
